FAQS
Delivery: We deliver UK wide, with prices available on request. In most cases, the office will be delivered fully built and ready for use.
Preparation: A suitable hardstanding should be prepared, which can consist of levelled compacted gravel or stone, concrete or a simple pad stone on the corners. Suitable electrical cabling should be provided for a 13amp connection, and water/drainage if required.
Planning permission: We have designed each of our garden offices to comply with planning requirements even if placed within 2 metres of a boundary so long as the office is only used for ‘personal and incidental use’.
Delivery Access: Ideally we would need to be able to drive a 28 foot flatbed lorry adjacent to the location of the office for it to be crane offloaded. We do have other options to discuss if required. Please call us to ask.
