The Garden Gymnasium

For a client in Norwich we built this contemporary gymnasium to fit in their back patio. The oddly shaped lot for this particular build required a flexible approach and resulted in a quirky geometric layout. The flat pitched roof kept the profile low to avoid planning and a handy skylight complimented the modern spotlights in keeping the room fresh and bright. We also included electrical sockets embedded discreetly in the engineered oak floor, making them ideal for powering the gym equipment as well as full wiring for a speaker system to be installed at a later date and a specially reinforced beam to take the weight of two heavy duty punch bags.
